Innovative Design Method of Hydro-Pneumatic Suspension for Large High-Clearance Sprayer Based on Improved NSGA-II Algorithm

Large high-clearance sprayers are widely used in the field of plant protection due to their high work efficiency. Influenced by characteristics a large ground clearance, fast driving speed and constantly changing sprung mass, how solve contradiction between vibration reduction performance sprayer friendliness farmland roads has become current research hotspot. In order improve sprayers, design, optimization verification scheme hydro-pneumatic suspension based on improved NSGA-II algorithm was completely constructed this study. The system mainly designed real-time time-varying model under road excitation established. introducing adaptive crossover operator DE mutation operator, interactive interface established for multi-objective optimization. Finally, simulation analysis conducted test bench built experimental verification. results show that indicators 19.4%, 10.7% 4.0%, respectively, compared with those before better than ordinary suspension.
